Pure & Wild Skincare will refund or replace products that are faulty or damaged or do not match the product ordered from the Website. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product at email@example.com for full instructions on how to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund.
Pure & Wild Skincare will not accept returns of opened or used product.
We cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is caused by an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient, and cannot be predicted by us. We strongly encourage our customers to purchase sample sizes of our products before investing in a full sized product, to ensure they are not sensitive to any of the ingredients in the product.
Payment through the online store
All payments made through the Pure & Wild Website are handled and transacted through the third party dedicated gateways – your choice of either Stripe or PayPal. Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards and PayPal accepts a larger range of credit cards. Both payment gateways handle your information securely.
Alternative methods of payment
We can also accept payment from an Australian bank by Bank Transfer. Email us with your order and shipping address and we will email you an invoice with our bank details for payment.
Under normal circumstances, we will post your order within two working days of receiving your payment. If for any reason we have to delay posting your order, we will notify you and give you the option of receiving a refund. Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you proceed with payment.
Orders shipped within Australia are sent by standard post and are usually received 1-5 days after posting.
- Orders valued at $100 or more, excluding shipping, are shipped free of charge to an Australian address.
- Orders valued at less than $100 will incur an $8 shipping fee when sent to an Australian address.
